Dr. Eric believes that when the spine is functioning properly, the body is better able to adapt to the stresses of everyday life and move toward lasting health.

Dr. Eric was drawn to chiropractic through his own health journey and a deep appreciation for its natural, drug-free approach to healing. What he values most about his work is helping patients understand their bodies and empowering families to take an active role in their health. Keith Malinowski D.C.

Dr. Keith Malinowski, DC is a chiropractor at Lawrence Family Chiropractic who focuses on caring for entire families by restoring healthy spinal function and supporting the nervous system. He believes the spine plays a vital role in how the body grows, heals, and adapts to everyday stress, and that when spinal alignment is compromised, communication within the body can be affected. Using gentle, precise adjustments and advanced technology, Dr. Keith helps restore balance so patients of all ages can function at their best and thrive through every stage of life.

Dr. Keith was drawn to Lawrence Family Chiropractic for its strong foundation in both the philosophy and science of chiropractic, as well as its clear understanding of how the spine is designed to function and how to correct it properly. His goal is for patients to feel confident and empowered, knowing that with each adjustment they are moving closer to their body’s true potential. Outside the office, Dr. Keith stays grounded through his faith and family and is intentional about maintaining his health through fitness and good nutrition.

Office Manager and Director of Operations

Jenna Jaszewski

Jenna Jaszewski serves as the Office Manager and Director of Operations at Lawrence Family Chiropractic and plays a vital role in the daily rhythm and long-term stability of the practice. She oversees business operations, team coordination, and systems that ensure patients experience a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized visit from start to finish. Jenna’s leadership helps create the structure and consistency that allow the clinical team to focus fully on patient care.

Outside of her work at LFC, Jenna is first and foremost devoted to her family. She and Dr. Eric are raising nine active children, many of whom are involved in sports, keeping life full, energetic, and always moving. A former collegiate soccer player and one of New Jersey’s top goalkeeper recruits, Jenna brings the same discipline, teamwork, and resilience from athletics into both her family life and her leadership within the practice. She enjoys good food, country music, time with friends, and creating meaningful moments with the people she loves.

Radiologic Technologist

Laurie Schaefer

Laurie Schaefer is the Radiologic Technologist at Lawrence Family Chiropractic and plays an important role in gathering the diagnostic imaging that helps guide each patient’s care. She specializes in taking precise spinal and postural X-rays, ensuring patients are safely and comfortably positioned while producing clear, accurate images to support effective treatment planning.

Laurie values being part of a team that genuinely cares about each patient’s progress and enjoys building relationships as she watches patients improve from their first visit through ongoing care. Her goal is for every patient to feel like family—welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Family is very important to Laurie, and she treasures the time spent together. She has been part of the LFC team since May 2021.

Front Desk Receptionist

Julie Haines

Julie Haines serves as a Front Desk Receptionist at Lawrence Family Chiropractic and is often one of the first people patients meet when they arrive. She helps coordinate appointments, answer questions, and guide patients through their visits so they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Julie enjoys building genuine relationships with patients and finds it rewarding to see the positive impact chiropractic care has on their daily lives. Her goal is for every patient to feel truly heard, supported, and confident they are in the right place for their health and healing. Outside the office, Julie enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether relaxing at home or making memories together. She joined the LFC team in June 2023.

Michelle

Michelle is a Chiropractic Assistant at Lawrence Family Chiropractic who supports patients throughout their visits by conducting Tytron scans and helping ensure each patient feels comfortable and confident in their care. She values the family-like atmosphere at LFC and enjoys building meaningful connections with both patients and teammates.

Front Desk

Emma Valentine

Emma Valentine works in front desk admissions and manages morning patient flow at Lawrence Family Chiropractic. She helps keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating admissions, performing thermal scans to assess inflammation, and guiding patients to the appropriate treatment areas or doctors while ensuring visits stay organized and on schedule.

Emma enjoys connecting with patients and believes the small conversations—sharing a laugh or hearing about someone’s day—help build meaningful relationships. Her goal is for every patient to feel comfortable, safe, and completely at ease during their visit. Outside the office, Emma loves the winter season and has been skiing since childhood, finding the mountains to be her favorite place to reset and recharge. She joined the LFC team in May 2025.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Nickola Robinson

Nickola Robinson is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, reduce muscular tension, and support recovery through focused therapeutic bodywork. She completed over 700 hours of professional training at the Cortiva Institute and holds an active New Jersey license in Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

Nickola’s approach combines techniques such as deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and sports massage to address areas of tension, muscular imbalance, and restricted movement. She also has experience working with lymphatic-focused bodywork techniques designed to support circulation and overall wellness.

With a background in both massage therapy and psychology, Nickola emphasizes clear communication and individualized care during each session. She reviews patient history and treatment notes to ensure every massage is tailored to the patient’s needs and goals.

At Lawrence Family Chiropractic, Nickola works alongside the clinical team to provide therapeutic massage services that complement chiropractic care and help patients move, recover, and function at their best.
